Fagioli all'uccelletto, Tuscan style beans

Cannellini beans slow cooked with sausage in a mix of garlic, sage and tomato flavors. This traditional recipe is simple in both ingredients and preparation.

Arista alla fiorentina, pork roast with herbs

This recipe is a simple way to get a lot of flavor into a piece of pork. Two holes are made into the pork before cooking and a mix of chopped garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper are stuffed inside.

Roastbeef with herbs slow cooked in olive oil

Have a good size piece of tender red meat? This is a great way to lightly season it with rosemary, garlic and olive oil. The beef slowly cooks in the olive oil creating a flavorful gravy like sauce afterwards.
